Eligible applicants will be contacted by the developer via letter/email/telephone to inform eligibility status by requiring to submit 'Supporting Document' (hardcopy) required by LPHS as follows:

  1. 1 copy of identity card of applicant & spouse;

  2. 1 copy of Marriage Certificate / Marriage Register / Divorce Certificate / Death Certificate of spouse;

  3. 1 Single Confirmation Letter from employer or Commissioner of Oaths if self-employed for unmarried applicants;

  4. 1 copy of latest monthly salary statement or income confirmation from Commissioner of Oaths if self-employed;

  5. 1 copy of Sworn / Statutory Declaration Letter from Commissioner of Oaths if spouse not working; 1 copy of EPF Statement (if any) together with EPF withdrawal history; (not less than 3 months from submission date);

  6. 1 copy of CCRIS or CTOS Report of applicant & spouse.

    Applicant must submit completed 'Supporting Documents' in hardcopy to the developer, which then submit to LPHS for review & verification before the offer letter is issued.

    Eligible applicants can check status online: "Offer Accepted" means offer letter has been issued. Applicants can obtain offer letter from developer for unit selection, loan application and sales & purchase agreement.
